It's always a great idea to prepare your space or vessel before anything sacred, transformative or opening. This helps to cleanse, clear and purify any energy that is old, outdated, no longer serves, and can hinder us.
This is your space to release the old.

Below you will find a simple Cleansing Ritual that we'd LOVE for you to use before our live session together on Wednesday at noon EST.
It will help to open the collective space in peace and harmony. And open your vessel to receive even more light for our week together. It's an opportunity to Unify us in LIGHT and allowing us all to receive the greatest good for the whole!

THE CLEANSING RITUAL
You can play the music above to help set the tone.
Go outside and/or invite in the elements: air, earth, fire, water and ether.
You can use a candle, a smudge stick or make your own, and carve out 5-15 minutes to be in the stillness. You can slow this down as much as you want. Be present. Feel each piece...each element. Let each element support your cleanse and clearing.
Be intentional with your thoughts.
Choose to release and let go what no longer serves - you can think, feel or imagine what you want to release.
Cleanse with ease and grace, and in the light.
Give yourself a moment to open, receive and fill your vessel with light.
